May 17 – Gov. McMaster signed a law requiring employers to provide pregnant employees with reasonable accommodations
On May 17, 2018, Governor McMaster signed House Bill 3865. The law amends the state’s human affairs law to require covered employers to provide reasonable accommodations to pregnant employees.
The new law became effective when signed by the governor.
