Summary

Enacts the Volunteer Employee Criminal History System Act to create the Volunteer Employee Criminal History System Program; provides that the Program would authorize a qualified entity to submit to the Department of State Police a request for a covered individual’s criminal history record information; provides that a qualified entity could use the information only to determine the fitness of a covered individual.
