March 23 – Governor Pence signed a law clarifying the state’s franchise law
On March 23, 2016, Governor Pence signed a law clarifying that franchisees and their employees are not considered to be employees of the franchisor under the state’s franchise law, unless the franchisor and franchisee have agreed otherwise.
