Amends the circumstances under which medical cannabis may be transported by and between dispensaries; extends the date after which primary caregivers will no longer be authorized to cultivate cannabis for a qualifying patient; redefine the term medical cannabis production center to include any series of structures located within the same secured perimeter fence-line; increases the number of production centers that may be allowed under a dispensary license; appropriates funds.

Increases the State’s minimum wage incrementally to $12.00 per hour beginning on a specified date, $15.00 per hour beginning on a specified date and $18.00 per hour beginning on a specified date; reduces the tip credit to 35 cents per hour beginning on a specified date, and zero cents per hour beginning on a specified date.
