October 15 – Arizona Industrial Commission announces that the minimum wage will not change in 2016

On October 15, 2015, the Industrial Commission of Arizona announced that the minimum wage will not increase in 2016. The Commission is required by law to adjust the minimum wage each year by the same increase in the federal consumer price index for all urban consumers. It concluded that there was not a sufficient increase in the consumer price index to justify an increase in 2016.
