April 1 – The Office of the Labor Commissioner issued its determination not to raise minimum wage or overtime rate for the upcoming year beginning July 1, 2018
On April 1, 2018, the Nevade Office of the Labor Commissioner, consistent with the constitutional requirements, issued its annual notice of changes to the minimum wage and overtime rates which go into effect July 1 of each year. The Labor Commissioner determined that the minimum wage or overtime rates will remain the same on July 1, 2018.
The changes or lack thereof become effective on July 1, 2018.
