Executive Order 20-02

Declaration that a State of Emergency exists in the State of Missouri and direct the Missouri State Emergency Operations Plan be activated. Direction that the executive agencies of the State of Missouri to monitor and advise the Office of the Governor concerning the pricing of commodities, goods, and services in order to prevent unfair market practices. Authorizing state agencies to provide assistance, as needed.
