NJ: Certain Protections for Temporary Laborers

Provides that when a temporary help service firm agrees to send a person to work as a temporary laborer in a designated classification placement, the firm shall provide the laborer a written statement, in English and in the employee’s primary language, containing certain information; provides that the Commissioner of Labor and Workforce Development, in consultation with the Office of the New Americans, shall develop and implement a multilingual outreach program to inform temporary laborers of their rights.
