Provides that neither a State government entity nor any of its political subdivisions, agents, or assigns may require documentation, whether physical or electronic, for the purpose of certifying or otherwise communicating the specified information before providing access to property, funds, or services, including but not limited to an individual’s COVID-19 vaccination status or vaccination status for a vaccine that is under emergency use authorization from the Federal Food and Drug Administration.
