ND: Minors Working in Hazardous Occupations

Provides that a minor who is at least a specified age may be employed or permitted to work in a hazardous occupation if the minor is in a registered apprenticeship program or is a student learner of an approved career and technical education program; provides that a parental signature is required for the minor to participate as an apprentice or student learner; provides that this does not limit the ability of a minor who is at least a specified age to work in an occupation already permitted by law.
