Relates to labor exceptions for minors performing sports-attendant services; relates to maximum hours of labor for minors; provides that certain time and hour limitations do not apply to a minor of specified ages employed in the performance of sports-attendant services at a professional sporting event; provides that permissible duties of a sports-attendant include, but are not limited to, pregame and postgame or practice setup of balls, items, and equipment.
