Repeals provisions relating to obtaining a criminal history records check in Carroll County; authorizes the Department of Human Resources in Carroll County to request, along with a submission of two complete sets of an employee’s or volunteers fingerprints and certain fees, from the Criminal Justice Information System Central Repository of the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services a State and national criminal history records check for a prospective county employee or volunteer.
