MD: Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program Modification

Modifies the Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program; prohibits the total rate of contribution from exceeding a certain percentage of an employee wage; requires the State to pay for certain contributions for certain employees; requires the Department of Health to reimburse certain community providers for employer contributions in a certain manner; repeals the requirement that a covered individual exhaust all employer-provided leave that is not required to be provided under law before receiving benefits.
