IL: Paid Leave for All Workers Act

Provides that an employee who works in the State is entitled to earn and use up to a minimum of a specified number of hours of paid leave during a specified period or a pro rata number of hours of paid leave; provides that the paid leave may be used by the employee for any purpose as long as the paid leave is taken in accordance with the provisions of this Act; provides for the Paid Leave for All Workers Fund.
