Relates to the State Personnel System; defines overtime work; provides that upon designation from the administrator and in the case of those employees engaged in law enforcement, correctional, and fire protection activities characterized by irregular shift work schedules, time worked in excess of a specified number of hours in a period of a specified number of consecutive days shall be considered overtime.
