Provides that an employer shall not discharge, threaten, or otherwise discriminate against an employee regarding the employee’s compensation, terms, conditions, location, or privileges of employment, including reporting or threatening to report an employee’s suspected citizenship or immigration status or the suspected or actual citizenship or immigration status of a family member of the employee to a federal, state, or local agency.
