DC: COVID Vaccination Leave Congressional Review

(Emergency Act) Amends, due to congressional review, the Accrued Sick and Safe Leave Act of 2008 to provide paid time off for COVID vaccinations and recovery; extends and updates existing unpaid leave available for COVID related purposes; amends the Coronavirus Support Temporary Amendment Act of 2021 to make conforming amendments.
