AR: Commercial Driver Alcohol and Drug Testing Act

Amends the commercial driver alcohol and drug testing act to comply with federal motor carrier safety administration regulations; provides that upon receipt of an application to issue, renew, transfer, or upgrade a commercial driver license or commercial learner permit, the Office of Driver Services shall request the driver’s record from the Commercial Driver’s License Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse.
